Lots of Blues ask about using their discount when shopping on the OS

Well i just realised where i was going wrong. Normally i would put everything in my basket then log in. if you log in first then add stuff to your basket you receive the members discount if you are entitled to one. if you put items in the basket first then log in, it didn't take off the discount for me.

just info for those that wern't aware.

( think the OS is only taking off 5% for me though which is strange)

i have emailed them to ask if its 5% for everyone online or just a glitch on my account. not too fussed as i only spent £10. (sale on) but just want to find out if it should be 10%

Sonofabitch. Wish I'd read this first.

I hadn't logged in first either, just spent £115 and put customer number where it asks for a certificate and no discount was applied.

I've emailed them now.

Edit: On the plus side I got free delivery

Further edit: Just rang them up and they were very nice and will apply the discount/issue refund on dispatch.
