Should Noel have played last night?

He is currently a solo artist so came as a solo artist and played his only solo single, nothing wrong with that?

Of course there is when he's slating his brother for not turning up almost instantly after he's done his bit!

It's the equivalent of doing a good deed just to make yourself feel superiour to others.

Noel should have sent a video message

He doesn't have to do anything if not asked! He probably thought being that the majority of people who turned up would have been young teenage girls, it's most likely none of them would know who he was, or not interested.

If that's the case then everyone and anyone associated with Manchester thats in a band should have turned up or sent a video message.

He slates his brother on an every other day basis..It's nothing out of the ordinary, just the way it is. As you were LG x

Different when you're bringing in an event made for the victims of the bombings though! You can't defend what he did, it was a **** act and showed Liam's true motives for turning up!

You don't do a nice thing dedicated for victims then before they've even cleared the stage slag someone else for not turning up. It's clear that he's trying to sabotage Noel's career whilst boosting his own.

This
Also Liam should have wore a City shirt for Manc value and not a trawlermans anorak....even though it was smart as fuck :)

the vast majority of that audience were young girls wanting to see their heroes,

Having Oasis pop on stage for a set would of gone over them.

As someone said, nobody knows if Noel was asked, or even where he was.

Was nice to see Liam on stage.

When Liam was singing Rock N Roll Star, they panned to the front of the crowd which was mainly teenage girls and no one was dancing or anything. Probably didn't know who he is.

Don't think Noel and Liam will be sharing a brew in Burnage anytime soon, if they do it will end in a scrap in the back garden

There's plenty of Mancunian "rock stars" who didn't turn up last night to play in a pop concert aimed at people who have no interest in listening to their music. Why single Noel Gallagher out for it?

Those tweets make Liam look like an even bigger knobhead than most people already think he is. He did a good thing last night (while also promoting his new single), so why can't he just leave it at that? Like always, he wants to make it all about him.

all a bit 'meh' for me

was never the right time for a Oasis reunion as much as i personally would have loved to see it.

up to them if they want to be there, no one else.

cant hate either Gallagher, they both contributed to the success of one of the greatest bands ever.
