I have recently been obsessed collecting City tops already I’ve managed to source a number of classics.

Would be interested to see what you have around you, what’s up in your closet that you’ve not worn for a while!

One things for sure theres a number of tops that are very difficult to source now and very collectable.

Here are just a few and will post more if this has legs this post.

I have a collection of City shirts and I love them all. I do like the Saab, Thomas Cook and Brother kits. Wear them with pride in Wells, Somerset - there are at least 3 MCFC fans here and we’re all former residents of Manchester and remember Maine Road fondly.
I also like our 1956 FA Cup Final kit.

You look like you’ve got some crackers there.

Ah, Wells, Somerset! The scene of my greatest cricketing feat - 35 not out versus Wells Wednesday, a team of shopkeepers who closed on Wednesdays and went off to play cricket. I was twelfth man for our college team and Wednesday were one short. I thought, "Right, yer fucking bastards, and thrashed the bowling all over Somerset! Two successive fours off a guy who had trialled for Yarkshire CC. I could have been Clive Lloyd but I didn't like being hit by the ball!

Do City tee shirts count, and the new one I've bought my two-year-old grandson? I've hundreds.
