This was my first shirt too, I put a home made number 4 on the sleeve. :-)

I can't honestly remember if I had a sky blue shirt in the 60's, certainly had the red and black away shirt and it would definitely have come from Roy Clarke's on the corner of Wilmslow Rd and Dickinson Rd. He used to have a cardboard box full of different ones for 99p and it became a bit of a contest between us to see who could find the best. City and United shirts weren't that interesting because they were single colour, but Newcastle, Sheffield Weds, Blackburn etc were great. My own favourite was the Coventry City green and black striped away shirt.

This one in Xmas 1984 just before my 5th birthday. I loved it.
Though without the sponsor cos my dad said "Philips should bloody well pay me to have you walk round and advertise for them..."

Apart from mine was the home kit.
Me dad wouldn't pat for Philips on it haha
