I've called them many times lastly at the Hull game for ballsing up the access to SS level 2 but I must say the guy I spoke to today was excellent. I'm not saying where he was as he probably didn't follow club policy but he asked why I was stood in the rain at the turnstiles, told him I was meeting someone to get them in on a season card. He told me to go inside and he passed the card into the guy I was meeting.
