As soon as we can find a suitable replacement, yes.
When we got Hughes, we were in a financial mess and he was the best we could get. And we took a gamble with a manager with no proven record of success. Well the gamble has failed and we have the money to get someone decent in, so time to get rid.

Totally agree the guy is out of his depth at this level unfortunatly the big time players and cash are all a bit to much for him. NO doubt he will be a success elsewhere in the prem on a lower budget and less ambitions suited towards his seargent major style of management.
Can't see it happening before the end of the season but would prefer if he did and wasn't allowed to make any signings the manager doesn't want
