Signs at the Ground

the guy who put the neons up was a big city fan. he died shortly afterwards when a bus hit the cherry picker he was working off on wilmslow road knocking him to the ground.

I was there today and the east stand has had all the named banners taken down from the spirals as well. It looks a right state for now as it's left the spirals muddy looking as well. The Colin Bell stand still has the spiral banners (for now) and they have started cladding the plain grey panels that are in between each spiral in blue, and there's a colour photo of us lifting the prem up as well.

I guess when it's all done it'll look great - tons of blue and cracking photos! but i reckon we'll end up with a lot of sponsoring on the spirals and maybe instead of the neon MCFC on both stands they'll put Etihad Stadium.. maybe.

I did take some pics but haven't put them on the comp yet ;)

here's 6 piccies, nothing inspiring but thought i'd take a few quick piccies for here as i was passing on my way to something this afternoon :)

Okay, since no one else has said it yet...

1) Mancini out!
2) If Hughes had been given more time, he'd have all the letters working properly by now
3) Why don't we buy some better signs from Barcelona?

(did I miss anything?)

Hughes signs always work better in the second half of the season
