I sincerely hope it still says Manchester City on the stadium somewhere. It's fair enough that Etihad have their name up, they deserve it for £400m, but the name of the club should be up there somewhere.

How many clubs actually have their name on the stadium?

Most of them. They usually have between 1 and 3 of the following:
Stadium Name
Club Name
Club Badge

Some, e.g. Newcastle United have the club name written across the top of the stand inside.
