Manchester City ace eager for European glory

David Silva would love to lift the UEFA Europa League with Manchester City Football Club.
The Blues drew 0-0 with Aris Salonika in the first leg of their last 32 tie last week, and hope to finish the Greek side off at Eastlands this week.
Whilst a top-four Premier League finish may be the priority for City this season, playmaker Silva has made no secret of his desire to go all the way in Europe.
“The UEFA Europa League is the second most important competition in Europe and winning the trophy would be sensational," he said in The People.
"Our objective is to play in the Europa League final. Of course, it is not the Champions League but it serves as a good grounding for the next experience."
