We really need Balo to start firing. That would be like a new signing in and of itself.
 
No doubt we will win the prem this season, the players should get a grip, start kicking fkn arse start shooting start backing each other up, start getting mobile, stop berating the ref like the scum stop thinking there barca stop with we could have done better attitude, as for us fans lets start making some noise at the etihad, the prem is still on because those red cnuts think they have already won it and so does some of our guys.
 
Sell Balo - Give Guidetti some playtime
Loan Garcia to Betis (with a full ownership option in favour of Betis) - Use Balo's money to Bring in Benat, Should Betis agree to sign Garcia then we could recover at least half the amount we spent on him , IF we are lucky.
Sell Kolarov - Add a little more to the amount gotten from Kolarov and bring in Isco (We need at least 3 creative midfielders , should Nasri or Silva get Injured then Isco can fill the void )
Sell Lescott + Kolo - Bring in Sakho from PSG , Nasty's a great defender but his lack of confidence and inexperience has cost us , We shouldn't rush nasty's development , he is one for the future and would need time (at least 2 more seasons) to mature into a good CB , Sakho is a more dominant and rugged CB and would be a great addition to the back line.

You make transfers sound so easy, haven't the last few years shown you how hard it is for us in the market because of the wages we pay players?

Betis are in crippling debt so if we loaned them Garcia, like we loaned them Santa Cruz, we'd be paying 90-100% of his wages. We might as well keep him in that case, he is improving and may become a good player for us but even if he doesn't, what is the point of giving him to a club and paying his wages when he has a role in the squad (unlike Santa Cruz)? Betis would never be able to buy Garcia and even if they could afford the transfer fee probably could afford about 15% of his wages which he would not accept.

If we sold Kolarov surely we should replace him but you don't list an alternative and say we should use the money to buy a playmaker. The Balotelli money would go towards a player like Isco I imagine. We'd need a secondary left-back because Rekik is not a natural left-back and our only others after Clichy are Jeremy Helan (not good enough probably) and Vlad Marin (haven't seen him yet but he's only just started with the EDS).

As for the last point when should we sell Kolo? He is off to Africa this month and his contract runs out in 6 months. So we will release him for free and get no funds for him. And how has Nasty's "lack of confidence and experience cost us"? What lack of confidence? He is one of the most composed defenders I've seen and has made fewer mistakes than Kompany. Sakho is good but is not a ball-playing defender and Mancini seems to not rate Lescott for the very reason he's not great with the ball at his feet. The Sakho rumour came and went, the defenders the club are really scouting seem to be Pedro Franco and Kurt Zouma (been on the radar for ages now).

The player you weren't sure on, Scott Sinclair, would actually be easier for us to sell than almost all of those. Lower wages and clubs like Fulham, QPR, and Everton would probably be able to give us our money back while matching his wages. And Rodwell doesn't need to go anywhere, he is a good prospect but needs to stay fit.
 
Lamps would be a quality addition
Another central midfielder would be nice too; De Rossi or Benat perhaps
I would also love a winger/attacking midfielder
Villa or a Falcao/Neymar type signing to polish it off

Signing players past their best isn't the way forward. Lampard is certainly past his best, and I doubt Villa will hit the heights again after his injury problems.

The Summer window was nothing short of shambolic, there's no need to compound the problem in January. We should learn our lessons and be looking for younger, hungry players, we should be in the market for the next Aguero, the next Silva, while trying to offload the players we have who aren't good enough.

Aye and fear not, I'm confident we won't be signing players out for a final pay day anymore who spend half their stay on the treatment table. Maicon may have been the last. Young players willing to run themselves into the ground for the shirt is probably our way forward now and our "experienced" signings will probably be 25/26-year-olds tops with experience at a high level.
 
We honestly need a couple of signings to boost morale and freshen things up. We're going backwards for some reason. Change something.

in all seriousness though, our strikers are under-performing. we NEED a striker, even if it means getting rid of dzeko or balo.

of course everyone wants falcao but the main reason i said bent is because he's proven in the prem, only reason he isnt playing now is lambert doesnt want him.

Easy said than done Pam as January is a difficult month for transfers.

Unless you trigger reasonable buyout clauses. Benat, Isco, and Paulinho - all linked to us - have pretty low release clauses. Paulinho's is apparently close to £11million. It makes the selling club helpless if you take that route.
