Just watching Thai news and they said one of the women murdered the other five and then killed herself. Apparently related to some dodgy business dealings.

Completely different MO. They used the nerve agent VX and used women who thought it was a prank to carry out the act. It was done in such a way to confirm it was them (It was always going to be obvious given the target but it was deliberately OTT like Salisbury).
