If Liverpool had signed a couple of donkeys off Blackpool beach and a circus dwarf, the dipper fans would still convince themselves it was a great piece of business.

When one of the Rag daily papers pick this up, imagine the headline. "Millions spent on players but City fans not happy". Be glad when the season starts and we can have some factual reporting. Its not a new thing though, remember the picture of our empty stands, ( was it Mansfield? ), and that was when we were not a threat to anyone. Still get annoyed by a lot of it, but trying hard to think, "what the hell", its still better than nobody talking about us.

Never touched the Daily Mirror after they ran that pisstake, mind you I've not touched any tabloid for a long time.
