I have something similar in my office:

Fashion item similar to a fixie bike. It uses a pretty cheap standard quartz movement but only the 24hr hand which is normally the smallest hand used for GMT on other watches. If you fancy paying a couple of hundred quid for a 50 quid movement with 3 hands missing, this is the watch for you :-)
