Quality player, can play Attacking Mid and Right wing... but do we really need him?
 
I wouldn't want him here,yes he can be good at times but he is no leader and he is like adam johnson hides when the going gets tough and starts losing the ball like an amateur footballer.
 
I haven't seen him play except at the World Cup, would he be a potential Milner alternative? I know he's sort of playmaker-ish but could he a do a more mobile box-to-box type role?
