I believe Trump was tired from his gruelling 17-16 win in the semi final, look Ronnie has a 4 frame lead and should go on to win it, but funny things happen in sport, that’s why bookies are driving rolls royces.
 
That fluke from Trump just then will be burning a hole in O Sullivan’s head for the next few hours

Ronnie luck was out this afternoon, but still leading and maybe tonight it's his turn for some luck
I will say Ronnie of old would be already champ and done and dusted, but little signs that he's not handle the pressure that well, or he is playing with trump. Big first frame tonight, and it will control who wins the title for me

I still think O'Sullivan will still win, but as you say the first frame in the evening session is vital. If Judd wins it, he has the momentum and belief, but if Ronnie wins it he should go onto to win it with a few frames to spare.

I love how the BBC have Stephen Hendry sat in the TV box right in the eyeline of Ronnie, adding to the pressure of Ronnie wanting to win it again
 
Trump’s long potting has gone to .. er .. pot. Like he’s got the yips. Done well to get back near but it was due to a combination of luck & Ronnie being out of touch.

Enjoyed re-watching gods of snooker last night. Alex Higgins turning up utterly annihilated for the final session of the final against Reardon.

Salesmen in suits is what they are now, where are the OTT waistcoats and the flashy white suits? As you say the booze the fags the moaning at each other and constant banter with the crowd.

If Ronnie is the maverick today we are in a bit of a shit state.

Higgins made people sit up and take notice with his exhibition like skills. Without him the game would probably still be in a dimly lit billiard hall.
