Cairo believe it! Egyptian capital sees snow for the first time in 112 years.

Cairo is currently in the midst of a snowstorm, the city's first since 1901. Meteorologists claim the unpredicted cold snap could continue into the weekend, with the highest area in the region St. Catherine in Sinai set to witness temperatures in the region of -2 degrees celcius.

Some would contend that this is global warming at work. Of course, some people don't believe in global warming but we think they're just in de-Nile.

Always boggles my mind when I hear of climate change blamed for the worse flood in 50 years or worst hurricane in 200 years or worst all-round-weather in 500 years.

Not doubting Global Warming exists just the examples used to portray it.

what was to blame back then?
