City are now like any company, they want to harvest your personal details.

I go on numerous sites looking for property development information. In the past everything was free. Now to access articles and sites that are otherwise subscription free, they want your personal details and/or your email address.

The amount of different passwords I have for different websites is mind boggling.

You should have looked on the train sites. TPE announced the day before that their tickets would be accepted on the East Coast. It was all over Blue Moon.

We got to Waverley Station early and found that the 10:12 train to Manchester was indeed cancelled so we jumped on the next London train and changed at Leeds. They did put an announcement on the train’s tannoy that TPE passengers should travel on a London train an hour and a half later. This was about a minute before the train departed so we stood firm and were prepared to argue if we were charged for an upgrade.

There were no ticket checks before Leeds and we got a train to Manchester within 15-minutes and arrived at Oxford Road on schedule.

Just for explanation, I decided to go yesterday and spent almost an hour on Friday morning trying to buy two seats together, anywhere in the stadium.

The best I could do was one seat apart in the second tier of the North Stand and because the receipt said they were a resale, assumed that somebody who was part of a regular trio, was coming on their own.

Thankfully, that was the case, and the person sat between us happily shifted across.

Seen numerous empty seats threads (not my intention for this to morph in to another)

However, from my vantage, there were scores of doubles and rows vacant all around the stadium, running in to thousands, irrespective of what the attendance announced was yesterday?

The entire South Stand from bottom to top was the worst populated I had seen it, yet I couldn't buy two together for love nor money.

Is it really the case we have so many season ticket holders who just aren't turning up, as I had never really thought it was a huge issue, but my issues on Friday trying to buy just two tickets outside of the website's recommendation of the last row on tier three of the Colin Bell, left me wondering yesterday what is going on and how the club can fix it?

I had the exact same problem, and thoughts on Saturday.

Forwarding your season ticket to a mate or family member is a needlessly complicated and frustrating admin nightmare.

Also looking for two seats together on the planner - there was absolutely nothing on Saturday afternoon - only singles.

Yet at the actual game, there were whole sections in CB3 that were empty. Why are these not available to buy? I can only assume they've been sold as a block to a third party like Viagogo or whatever, and they've not sold them.

City's ticket office really need to pull their finger out of their arse. It's an absolute clusterfuck at the moment, and it's definitely putting people off going.

Sorry I meant you can transfer your ticket FROM 14 days before the game .

I tried to click on the Create Relationship tab in the Friends and Family section of my account so I could add someone that I have just registered and nothing happened

No option came up to add anyone. Just kept asking me what my relationship was with the 3 people I’ve already registered

I have just tried what you have done clicked on create relationship ,and it asks me does the person your adding have an account with city ,have a another go ,best of 3 or something :+)

Finally did it then have gone to purchase tickets added his name to the correct ticket and age bracket and now getting error message saying exceeds limitations
I fucking sick of this

i wanted to get two tickets for my kids, 8 and 6 but they would of been sat away from where our ST's were.
