We've been linked with Muller, Lowandowski, Alacantra, Cheick Tiote (Cheick he posted before), RVP and were told Bombs were imminent. Little has happened and yet mods scratch their heads why people are sceptical and frustrated. Yet again I reaffirm TH is a sound poster by my reckoning but if he was on the pull and his efforts so far were to go by then he'd be going by himself with his right hand looking very attractive.

Let's not forget TH is only as good as his source btw, any personal attacks show lack of intellect in looking at the bigger picture. City are running a tight ship now and maybe TH 'bulletproof info' (Damocles said) has become blank info and info intended to b leaked with half truths to throw sent off.

As for transfers, I predict a frenzy as window closes, across the board too.

i'd like to think all posters in the transfer forum are "protected" but thats as it should be for any poster on any forum. if fbloke or anyone else posts a rumour he should not be abused(a liitle strong that word) and belittled. its just gossip and that has to be embraced by the members. its no biggy if a player ends up going elsewhere. i dont like th vids either, maybe cos i'm wooden and can't follow them, i do however understand he can't name names at certain points of negotiations.
i do agree that the mods have been lax in the weaning out the nasty posts, i know i have. i hope to improve on that.

Any chance you can start your nee campaign by proving me innocent of being an alias. Not a Billy (whom I gather was famed for disliking Mancini), and HOMESLICE. Stony left me to battle abusers and put thread in Bluemoon section yet couldny be arsed to follow my single request. Pissed off with that as he didn't do his job imo. Damocles and his long winded post about DeJong being an excellent passer made me laugh too, he shot me down when I said we need a better CM/CDM for CL campaign to partner Yaya by making out DeJong had this Alonsoesque gift for long passing. Yet didn't save me from abuse from the 'toe the party line' posters whom recycle posts that are seen as safe and also hammer you for differing in opinion even though its well thought out and based on fact whilst theirs is all of 2 lines. It's popular to combat 'flappers' and none belivers of Lescott and Barry being top class. Imo Lescott is a good players but not elite, neither are Barry and DeJong and imo Agger and Sahin would be upgrades. Say that and face the firing squad yet TH gets protected for giving info that has upto yet been proven wrong.

Although the problems with the section could be fixed to make the forun as a whole better. TH didn't get 'abused' imo and this is all a fuss about nothing.

The forums in meltdown because its the face of the clubs transfer department and us fans come here to debate. When things are good the forum is occupied and posts are healthy, when things are quite/bad then idol hands make the devils work and meltdowns, arguments, and witchhunts happen.

If only City signed a single world clads player then all would cease. I actually believe Agger is a blue in the coming. He has a short move here to make do family are ok, league adapted, better wages and trophies imminent. Or he can stay at Liverpool and be appeased that his club are making giant leaps into becoming a force again with such signings as Borini and Allen. Barcalona could pip us no doubt but I stuggle to see where they will pay Liverpool whom imo will want a cash transaction rather than a slow drip.

if you're going to ban one for a false story, no matter if genuine or not, then you have to ban every single one, because a lad with 200 posts who gets it wrong might be genuine but be accused of being a WUM because nobody really knows him, yet a prominent poster could be teasing or making it up being fed up by constant haggle but people would let them off because they know who that poster is, or their style, so to speak, which isn't fair 2bh.

Though somebody could happen to be a couple of days out due to delays in the deal from what they previously said would be the signing date so I don't think we should be pulling triggers on people without giving a few days leeway at least.

This way if you want to just read truth then the 1st one is for you , if you want to risk the WUMs then read the gossip forum.

Its not wrong, worked in marketing, involved is a hush hush merger. We had a load of material - t shirts, banners, adverts etc all lined up for when it was announced, we had to pulp the lot. - But we didn't have the inside scope on what went on at the top table

This other poster gets info only when the deal is done yet perhaps not announced to the press yet.

You make a fair amount of assumptions and conclusions for someone who doesn't know me.

Players, in the main, know fuck all about ongoing transfers.

It is my business on a daily basis to establish and know what is going on, City and elsewhere.

Your cynicism is the only thing you are able to share with this forum, as is your arrogance to pigeon hole me.

I have chosen to not post transfer related info anymore because of posters such as yourself, who seemingly feel the need to save people from themselves?

It's the same every summer, difference is, it wears thin and as the board replenishes itself with fresh blood, the same issues arise.

Posters know where the PM button facility is, that way, nobody has to have any ongoing issues.
