flicking between the 2 but erring on the side of BT as soccer am looking as tired as last year time they got to get rid of their poor sketches like hairy strikers and pat magraw there not funny and this new interactive viewer stuff was done years ago by noel edmonds and was shit then

also the badminton player on BT is worth a dabble

Not watched more than 5 mins here or there of soccer am since lovejoy left format needs changing also think its Helen's last season on there so they might get a different format next season

The BT Sport show seems much better. Whereas Soccer AM is just outdated.
