Got to start somewhere. Could turn out to be the black Guardiola.
Have to say though, fair play to Maccelsfield. They've given first chances to Campbell and Paul Ince, as well as giving Keith Alexander a way back into management. Can't think of many other clubs who have done as much for BAME managers as them
