Solitude

Absolutely love having time to myself. I regularly go in town on my own usually week day morning/afternoons walk round have a booze and some scran. Talk to people when you want or keep yourself to yourself.I only work 4 days a week, Mrs is a teacher kids at school so perfect really. Even at home I like to have at least an hour every day in the bath with headphones or a book just to unwind without distraction.

Do you not because you feel unable to or, at present, you are unable to because of where your life is?

I no longer talk to the patronising **** but this bell end in a pub started sneering because I’d had 36 hours alone in Berlin before heading to meet the gang in Denmark. As we live all over, we make our own way to destinations. He was like “I couldn’t go on holiday on me own, me. Wouldn’t do that, me.” Say that to yourself in a high pitched camp whine.
Because of where my life is, young children, bills, work commitments.
I could afford to do it but when I got back I would be looking for a flat a new job and be single. I suppose I could say I had a mid-life crisis but that would not carry much weight with the Mrs after gallivanting around Europe for a couple of months.

Priorities! I get to do what I want so I’m used to it.

I get people going “I’m so jealous” when I say I’m off to Malaga or Düsseldorf but never accept the open invitation to come.

A gang of us went to Tenerife one year and Rhodes the next. A couple of girls fell out over a fella and there was arguments about money too.

I like being on my own , there’s only one **** to argue with.
As I get older i’M getting less tolerant of imbeciles.

I prefer my own time and company than spending it with anybody else. I socialise well, but do like to switch off at times away from everyone.
