To those people who think that Ballack's interview is evidence that JT will be at Chelsea the coming season:

You must have seen a different one to me. He said he was 'confident' JT would still be there, and when pressed, stated that he didn't want to discuss their conversation further. Ballack and Terry had just had the conversation - why wouldn't he have said "Yes, JT told me he would definitely be here blah blah blah."

For me, that interview made me think the opposite - that JT had told Ballack that AT LEAST he was considering the offer from City. I fail to see how anyone can come to the conclusion that JT is staying. He was shifty, gave the pat answers and avoided the issue when pressed.

I agree your take on the interview. JT had not told Ballack he was def going but clearly had not said he would stay. JT's silence and this wholly uncompelling performance by Ballack is only encouraging. Even if he goes on the plane I don't see that being the end of it. Until there is a deal Terry will behave professionally and do his job. If he's not on the plane though ......

anyone can quote someone, i am in 2 minds as to if he will come, but untill JT himself comes out and says he is stayig will i believe he is staying untill then Kenyon can keep coming out with this shit, like he did the other week, they need to come out with things like this, cause if he does leave the club can say they have done all they can to keep him..
