'The John Lewis Partnership's ethos is built on the principles of co-ownership, democracy, and being a force for good. As a result, all employees ("Partners") share in the business's responsibilities, rewards, and decision-making processes through a democratic structure. This approach, which emphasizes fairness, quality, and wellbeing, is guided by a "Partnership with Purpose" to create a happier world for customers, suppliers, and communities.'
