1352: Full-time Wolves 0-0 Stoke
Pretty much does what it says on the tin. Feel free to switch off and go to bed when they show some of the action on MotD2 tonight.

-- Sun Apr 11, 2010 2:15 pm --

Now about the United match

1411: It's stalemate. Wonder if I can swap with the dude doing The Masters live text later...?

Now about the United match

I'd say that Wolves/Stoke game was rivetting! The Blackburn/Norwich game isn't brilliant either.

Been watching United vs. Blackburn - diabolical match! United are a bit lifeless without Rooney and Blackburn... well, few words can summarize how utterly and incredibly effin' awful they are, long ball merchants at their worst with no desire to win, only hold out.

If fat sam wasn't his bessy mate he would walk this match. The rags look like us under pearce today.

1435: Back under way at Blackburn 0-0 Man United - David Dunn has come on for Brett Emerton for the hosts. Can anyone remember what the goal graphic looks like?

1453: I've watched nearly two entire games of football since Pedro slotted past Iker Casillas to wrap up the Clasico for Barcelona. It feels like about a month ago. Sighs.

-- Sun Apr 11, 2010 2:55 pm --

bump

Good but this is my favourite ever commentary type thing. http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2003/mar/14/cricketworldcup2003.overbyoverreports
The guy basically is having a mental breakdown and surprisingly no longer works for the Grauniad. I hate cricket but read every word of this report.

You sure he doesn't work there anymore? When I click his name I see some pretty recent articles. Interesting to read his match report though.

Yeah his profile says
Scott Murray was sports editor of guardian.co.uk back in the day. He's now a freelance hack who dances for beans at the behest of the Guardian, FourFourTwo, Men's Health and Shortlist, among others. He is the co-author of football miscellany Day of the Match.
