Son injured in car accident under schools care?

Any advice please from anybody that may know would be grateful,my son was involved in a car accident as he was being brought home from school under schools care as they pick and drop him off the teacher driving lost control and crashed the car my son luckily only had whiplash,banged leg and a few bumps to the head but what i need to know does he have a case to claim against this happening to him??

You're entitled to claim against the insurance policy of the school for medical treatment and compensation on your son's behalf. Don't try to do it yourself though involve a solicitor. They're worth the fee in this situation, they'll take far less shit off the insurer and you'll end up getting a bigger sum in a far shorter space of time.

Oh and after you get the money brick the **** of a teacher's windows and torch the school.
