He's an asset like a sitting tenant in a house. As it stands they can sell the club with a manager that gets top 4, decent cup runs, and doesn't ask for any transfer funds. A new manager would want a 5 yr contract including 2 years grace on meeting targets while he clears out the dead wood and spends 500m on re-vamping the squad.
