He's a dead man walking, will be gone by Xmas if they are not challenging, which they wont be. Not a chance he survives if his shiny new toys don't work. Rag mate said the crowd are starting to lose the red tinted specs and realize he is just incompetent.

But if they give him the boot who would replace him, bearing in mind it is almost certainly the pisscan who is in charge there? No man would want to take over and have to dance to the despot's tune, no matter who they are.
Secondly, the new man would want his own players - players who will work together as one as opposed to an expensively-assembled bunch of prima-donna's.
If they stick with him their situation will get worse, much much worse. But if they replace him the cost could be too costly for the Glazers to even consider sanctioning.

All in all, I think things are looking rather rosey.
