MCFC, in my Heart.
FFP Rule, so we can't much spend money in the market. (winter transfer market & summer transfer market)

for example, last summer window that don't much spend money.

so don't buy RVP, Hazard.

but what happen ? came Soriano & Txiki Era,

Transfer news seems really definite propensity.

Neymar, Fellaini, Isco, Paulinho.

I just expect about signing. and Soriano & Txiki Era as a result will tell, time will tell.

I think its a possibility that we'll spend but I get the impression that we might have to offload a few into the bargain, which is difficult when you consider the wages some of our lesser lights are on.

Txiki knows the market inside out and will land us some great deals. He isn't just a deal-maker either, he has a huge say in transfer policy and shaping the squad. He isn't perfect though and brought in a few duds at Barcelona (Hleb, Lopez, Chygrynskiy) but in general he did some great deals and was a big player in Barca's rise. He has contacts here, there, and everywhere which will also enable us to get more good young players as Simon Mullock is reporting in the Mirror.

Definitely think we will bring one or two players in just depends on if we can sell. Imo Dzekos body language looks to be of person who knows he will leaving. Then theres doubts over Lescott and Balotellis future.

Re: Soriano & Txiki effect ?

I believe the new direction of the club as far as transfer approach is concerned will be quite radical. A major signing underpinned by a lot of scouting work for emerging talent. I also believe they will want to reshape existing squad and reduce size. The strategy at Barca was a strong core of players supplemented by emerging youth. We have already moved in this direction but not quite there. The strikers are a good example of this. Even though i Love both Balo and Edin it is time to move on. Balo sold cheap but with future sell on costs built into deal, and Edin needs to play. Edin has proved to be a great impact sub but we need much more. We need four strikers. 3 who can be rotated in and between matches and a fourth emerging talent (JG?). I think the sale ok Edin and Balo ( including wages) would cover a massive signing. I would love Taxi to bring in Neymar. I think in footballing terms he is the direct, run with the ball player we are missing. In profile and buisness terms he is the next step for us ( or someone like him) Even Falcao is not quite at this level for profile purposes.
In future years we should rarely need to buy yet to be proven talent at high prices. We will have either developed our own or pay a high price for a proven talent to replace like for like anyone moving on.

Hope this happens, with sell on clause.

Think PSG would be a good fit for him at present, links with Ibra. Do any Italian clubs have the money to make the deal happen, I doubt it.

This part by Castles (I think) may be the most telling of all. I'm not sure if it's excessive but I trust these guys and it bothers me how many players we always seem to have yet how few Mancini trusts to play in the first team (which is why it was very refreshing to see Rekik yesterday).

Ferran Soriano and Txiki Begiristain, City's recently appointed chief executive and director of football, want to cut the number of players on the books. City have over 50 professionals and the former Barcelona executives calculate that more than half of those need to be moved. Many of the players City have under contract are judged not to be capable of playing for the first team.

Lescott, Kolarov, Milner :(, Barry :(, Dzeko, Kolo, and Mario all listed as possibly on the way out/replaceable in the article.

as we've seen with multiple buys over the past 3 seasons, players like Barry and even Milner are not simply replaceable just because there are players out there that are better. They are good for our team, individual ability or not.

Lescott, Kolarov, Dzeko, Kolo all replaceable but need nearly like-for-like replacements in someone that can drill in set pieces, a taller striker, etc

With FFP really coming into gear and these guys wanting to clear out half of the club, very very interesting and intriguing transfer windows ahead. Hope they know what they're doing.

Do you think Barry's celebration yesterday meant more than just the goal, maybe?

He might be fighting to prove his worth at the club.
