It's about stopping if at the root though. If they understand how annoying it is they will tell her to stop, surely. Or they might get angry, try and fight me then I report them to the guards and get a restraining order..

The teenage kid next door was harassing my wife a few years ago and it finally came to a head. I told her that if she ever so much as looked at my wife again I would set her on fire, throw her through her front window and burn her whole family to death. They moved out within three months.
