Sound bars , ps3's, youview n telly setup stuff

Anybody clued up with the best way to set up home telly stuff? I'm after the best setup for;
Ps3 - hdmi + optical
Youview - hdmi + optical + l/r audio jacks
Telly - 2 hdmi + optical
Soundbar - optical + l/r audio jacks (Bluetooth and USB but I guess this is irrelevant)

Was thinking youview and ps3 into telly by hdmi, optical from telly into sound bar, not sure if this is mental though.......would I be loosing sound quality?

Not a big fan of using my brain.

As long as the telly passes on audio from external sources it sounds good to me. And you're using the best connections in hdmi and optical.
