Go back to Edesron as that was the only option available to him.
What he definitely shouldn't have done was try to take someone on, centrally in his own half knowing losing the ball would result in immediate danger.

We just need a better centre back and a better left back. That'll result in fewer errors.

Laporte for a dreadful choice of passes
Zinchenko for losing the ball
Ederson for being 25 yards off his line
Or all three!

People very negative on here after yesterday’s result?
For me it’s clear , we are going to have to get used to this for the duration of the premier league this season ( if that what we can call it?)
Pep is clearly going to use these games as a higher level of training games for the real targets of the champions league and F.A.Cup
and so he should .This sham of an end to the league season is exactly what it is -a sham !
Liverpool are now over the line ,we will finish second , let’s just get our heads round this and use the the matches to prepare properly for our more important targets ?

IMO he should be starting this 11 midweek and then using the subs for the more important players at 60 minutes

Ederson, no way he could have anticipated that mistake and was positioned correctly. The other 2 were culpable, Zinchenko mostly. He's dropped that type of bollock before.Who from?

After the Chelsea defeat we were out of this competition so every game left is just an audition for the competitions we’re still in.Lot of changes made for bigger prizes !
Plus these games are only training sessions simulated as real games just to keep the players fit and to ensure that TV rights money is being earnt.
These games mean fuck all in reality. Is anyone even really arsed that football has restarted in this fashion? It’s fucking woeful!
Win lose draw, who cares? It feels like those training sessions that City used to open the gates for fans to go and see in the Summer before the season started.
I honestly couldn’t give a monkeys. The season finished in March. This is just pure greed from the PL and the clubs and indulgence from the tele companies.

We could still be playing now and we would still not have scored, seen so many games like this and how many times do the worldies get scored against us, a lot was bad luck, a lot was poor finishing, Jesus hasn't scored for 8 premier league games, playing for Manchester City who create more chances per game than any other team is simply not good enough and quite frankly he will never be good enough, we need another Aguero, who, I've no idea, do we not have a Mason Greenwood in our Academy coming through, but I don't think we would ever see Jesus scoring 30+ goals season after season and to be a top team you need precisely that and please NOT Harry Kane.
