Southampton Away

Not a daft question. I had trouble at the Brighton game with a picture of a ticket...it wouldn't accept it...it has to be the original download ( or at least a download) apparently...the turnstile wouldn't accept it. I had to go to the away ticket office, then the home then the away again. They printed me a physical ticket in the end which worked but it was nearly half time by then. I don't have a season ticket so I don't know how the downloads work. I presume they come on email from the club?

Thanks for replying. I asked specifically in relation to this game which is only paper tickets I believe.

I'll be transparent and say that, unless you're passing the East Midlands on the M1, I'd have to send you a picture of the ticket.
If anyone knows that this won't work shout up so I don't waste any one's time or rip them off.
