Last night's VAR panel when asked if Foden was fouled in the box?
As I said in a previous post it looked bad vs West hamToday was the third match on that shitty pitch .
Even the notorious Peter Walton, on the penalty incident
”Moss made a clear and obvious error - the very thing VAR was introduced to correct. In this case it only made things worse.”
(The Times)
the greatest striker anyone's seen in the Premier Leaguethe greatest striker Manchester city fans have seen
Sergio is special and will be the first to say its the team and players that find him that made him what he is a legend
always remember his first game swansea at home and that rocket from 25 to 30 yards that smashed into the net
you knew then we had a special player. lets all hope Sergio gets another 15 to 20 games to play this season because if he does city will be big winners
The most biased United fan in the refs' chat room says: "At what point do we assume refs are just trying to wind us up with these non-calls? Refs are being made to look complete idiots and it affects the image of lower league refs as well."I’ve just had a qualified ref I know trying to convince me that the keeper got a slight touch on the ball before he took Foden out
oh.. he’s a rag as well.. and a very bitter one.. bellend
If he wasn't offside. When Aguero ran on to that ball and made the keeper make a save for the corner at the near post, I had no doubt that Jesus would have cut back and not taken the shot on. It felt nice just seeing a bit of aggression and will to score from a central striker.
if jesus had have taken a shot like that it would have been another of his peter kaye aaavvv iiittttt momentsWhen Aguero ran on to that ball and made the keeper make a save for the corner at the near post, I had no doubt that Jesus would have cut back and not taken the shot on. It felt nice just seeing a bit of aggression and will to score from a central striker.
Aggression, intent and purpose are traits that could be improved in several of our attackers. We lack the killer instinct much of the time. When Aguero ran on to that ball and made the keeper make a save for the corner at the near post, I had no doubt that Jesus would have cut back and not taken the shot on. It felt nice just seeing a bit of aggression and will to score from a central striker.
Yes, but that's another record of ours to be broken.Don’t worry about the penalty decision, we’d only have missed it anyway!
Oy, they've developed new paint that lasts 25 years.Torres, Aguero, and Mendy. More rust than the Forth Rail Bridge.
And overtake Rooney to 2nd place in the premier league scorers table (in way fewer games). 29 to go. He'd be halfway there already if Pep hadn't kept subbing him when he'd scored two.Sergio has been written off by small sections of fans time and time again after he has come back from injuries. It’s something I’ll never do even when he’s a bit older
He has always come back from injuries slowly and takes time to get going. Absolutely no doubt in my mind with a few more games under his belt he’ll still be lethal. As already mentioned, some of the runs he makes and the space he finds is something jesus will never be able to do. Absolute legend and really hope he gets an extra year to hopefully finish in front of a full stadium
Not penalty though! If I still had to back anybody with my last penny in the dying moments of a Champions League final, five yards out, it would still be him this season.
The wee leprechaun in their dugout must have cast a spell on us ;-)Didn’t work on Sunday.
