Could it really exist

My grandad died a few years ago and I was really close too hI'm he was like my father.

Anyway last night I was watching a programme on death and spirits and I got quite upset. I then asked him to send me a sign he was looking down on me but nothing came .

Anyway the next day (today) I went to work and I won't disclose my job but my very first job was at his crown green bowling club , where i use to go every week with him. in 6 years I have never once been to the club or known of any jobs there.

Am I reading too much into this is it a coincidence or something more. It made me feel really happy anyway

Anyone had anything similar.

I think because it comforts us to believe such things it makes us want to.

When in reality no communication with the dead has ever been recorded beyond con merchants trickery as far as i know.

The other explanation is again i think linked with the desire for it to be true, essentially we can't trust our minds at that time not to be tricked imo.

myself , my brother , and my sister all experienced 'signs' within the first two days of her death that suggested her 'presence' was still there .....

I was alone in the living room watching tv at 1am , and beside me all night had lain , completely still , a childs rubber rolling toy , filled with small balls ...... i had the sound turned down on the telly as the others were alseep upstairs , and i suddenly felt peckish and just fancied a sandwich so i went into the kitchen to make one.

As i was making the sandwich i suddenly became aware of a loud 'rattling' noise coming from behind me in the living room , and an icy cold chill went right through me when i suddenly remembered that the volume on my tv wasn't turned up ..... someone , or something , had waited for me to go in that kitchen and had then proceeded to either lift up and shake that rolling toy , or roll it along the floor ..... i 'cagily' returned to the living room to find the toy hadn't moved .... but i definetely heard the noise !

Now i take a lot of convincing , but i KNOW i heard that noise , i was wide awake .... and that toy was only about four or five yards away from me in the other room.

I was that shaken up i immediately went to bed , to find my missus had just experienced an icy cold wind pass over her head ... so cold that it had woken her from her sleep.

On the same night my brother was awakened from his sleep at his home to find that someone , or something , had switched his sound system on at 4am in the morning ..... he lives alone , but he admitted he was 'petrified'.

My sister and her husband had fallen alseep in their armchairs in the early hours when suddenly her husband , who's a very quiet guy , suddenly woke an let out a bloodcurdling scream .... it startled my sister , who awoke to see an entire wall in the living room giving off the image of a meadow , and stream , in brilliant colour .... a scene widely associated with the image of heaven .... it then disappeared as quickly as it had arrived.

Auditory and visual hallucinations have hundreds of well explained causes. Two of the most common are tiredness and high caffeine consumption

Also, sometimes it's cold.
