If you believe in it, then crack on. If you haven't been before, then you've nothing to lose, so give it a go. Someone in work went to one recently, and she said the medium (or whatever they're called) mentioned two names of people in work that they absolutely couldn't have known. I know a lot of them use trickery, but she believed it, and it made her feel good, so why not?

My mum was a spiritualist, I even gave her a spiritualist funeral and upset some god botherers in the family. It was was she asked for, so she got it.
It's still all bollocks though.
