Spiritualists - mediums etc

I'd probably give it a go but with a significant degree of cynicism. I'd be interested in what was said but I can't imagine living my life on the basis of something a medium had suggested.

it's all bullshit, just an easy way to get money out of vulnerable people.
If mediums really did exist they'd find Madeline McCann and poor Winnie Bennett wouldn't have spent her entire life on the moors looking for her son.
 
So many ignorant people spouting the same crap. One of my best friends is a medium in manchester - is uncannily accurate. She works near picadilly and undoubtably has an incredible gift.

Don't bother, let me tell you how that goes.

The conman/woman senses your cynicism (because you don't give them all the answers), calls you closed minded and tells you that you have a bad aura/akra/fish tank, then charges you anyway.

Just saved you some time and money.
 
In my dreamy head I would love there to be an afterlife where we can get msgs from dead loved ones (my brother and my dad) but in my logical Damocles heart (lol) I know it can't be true. But I would love to hear of any stories of anyone visiting one or maybe your Mrs has been to one?
