Can someone explain why OAP Carson came on and not Delap, would’ve been great to see him up front!

Mystified why Pep couldn't bring Delap on for half hour second half when we were 5-0 up.

I got totally distracted by the commentator constanly saying "SterLINK", "SportTINK", along with mention of "The Premier LeAK" and "VAR Check is ongoINK".
No anti-City bias but another commentator who spends most of the match quoting stats and giving a history lesson including a long list of past SporTINK players.

Drives me mad. He wasnt play8ng but same commentator does Cancelos name in a strong Cork accent for some reason

It’s me isn’t it? I didn’t find it boring. Ok not as riveting and ‘scary’ as normal but I enjoyed it.
Mind you I’m still puzzling as to how they smuggled a drum in when we can’t even get a bag larger than A4. That apart it was good.

Please don’t think I don’t appreciate the sentiments of folk who travelled long distances but I have to say that I was ok with the game…sorry if that sounds like an I’m alright Jack don’t mean it to seem like that.

It wasnt boring as such ! If you just admire the skill, movement the closing down etc.
City do all that at the highest level.
I was sat there last night just thinking I never thought in my wildest dreams I would see a City team it so much control.

We controlled and ripped utd a new arse hole on Sunday, it was great to be there. Last night City were in complete control whilst treating it as a training match. So it was more like just watching and appreciating the skill levels.

Sporting didnt try to really attack until the last 15 minutes, City didnt need to score !

They weren’t city fans they were away fans showing where they were in the stadium, I’m sure other teams have done it in particular Celtic.

Seemed a bit strange if it was their fans, as there was a lot around the ground doing it, but no one in their away section which was nowhere near full on the top tier. Think when Celtic did it all the away section did it as well.

The Real - PSG game was a cracker. I gave up and watched the 2nd half of that instead.

So if we meet Real in the final you'll be confused who to support from your armchair then ?

More stamina than me. I’ve not even bothered with the “highlights”.

The entrance money was worth it for “England’s number 1“ and “Carson, give us a wave” chants, but I’m not wasting another couple of hours on that dross!
