spotify help... PLEASE

right, whenever i open spotify this comes up, and as soon as a close the fecking bubble it it returns after 30 seconds:

spotify. exe - corrupt file

The file or directory \Documents and
setting\tobes\application
Data\spotify\users\tobygreen3636-user is corrupt and
unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utiility

no ive run the chkdsk and uninstalled and reinstalled spotify. any help?
