I think Dias is a bit underrated on the ball, personally. I've always thought that's where Ake struggles.

I don't mean on the ball, I mean the aggressive defending high in the opponents half. You could see it in the beginning of the season he didn't know when to go and looked uncomfortable. Probably needs to learn it a bit.
