With U21’s having 2 games next week, I can’t see more than 1/2 being called up from that side.

What’s the forward like? Dickson?

Would imagine

Ortega/Gundogan/Stones/McAtee/O’Reilly will all be in.

Then some of the younger players will have to play. Lewis, Savinho and Foden will all play I think. Perhaps Nunes again.

But there was a UEFA youth league game on the same day. If he wasn’t planning to give them minutes it’s better for them to play the youth game. This game there are minutes to be had for youth players.

Following this game we've got two tough games shortly afterwards- Bournemouth away on Saturday 3pm and then Sporting away on Tuesday 8pm.
With our current paper thin squad this game should be low priority.

Bin that off and save the first teamers....go for all 3 leagues rather than some crappy EFL stuff. The kids will benefit from a big crowd atmos rather than Grimsby.
