This will be my first visit to White Hart Lane next Wednesday. Are there any boozers that you can recommend before the game where City fans normally go? Im on my own so dont fancy walking into a pub full of Spuds!

There aren't really that many options for home fans round WHL these days to be honest!

Assuming you are coming down on the rattler I'd just drink at Liverpool St. Station before heading to N17 - usually a fair few away fans that do that.

liverpool street then the tube 2 whl......safest bet really...............last time i was there (Sparkys downfall) wasn't many blues drink in in local pubs

Nonsense. We always use Haringey Irish Club on Pretoria Road without a problem. It's near White Hart Lane Overground Station.

Yeah that's away fan friendly. Doesn't fall into the category of recommended boozer in my view though tbh!

It sells beer and it's well priced. Sorted.

How much of a walk is the nearest tube station? I'm in London for a couple of days, staying in Morden (Northern Line).

White harte lane is a bu$$er to get to... nearest tube is 7 sisters (Victoria)... & that's a mile and a quarter - but lots of buses. Nearest station to the away end is Northumberland park, which is on the overground from Liverpool st, thus lots meeting around there.

Just checked trainline and there appear to be lots of additional trains to and from NP tomorrow, normally there are very few directs.

Any advice on where to park for this?
Best place to park up for a fast getaway is anywhere near the North Middlesex Hospital round by Silver Street or anywhere close to McDonalds on Fore Street ( both Edmonton Angel) for easiest exit gets you back onto the North Circular.

Don't park anywhere near Bruce Grove as it becomes a snails pace bottleneck after the match !

Boozers: Liverpool Street already been mentioned, better when we play em weekends than midweek imo plus less white collar toffs n' Essex commuters ...Finsbury Park much better in the 12 Pins & The Blackstock opposite each other on the Seven Sisters Road then Tube it up 1 stop for the match...

Last time i was there the irish club mentioned earlier was great - friendly atmosphere before the game and even afterwards when we'd thumped them -

Cheers fella, i'll take my chances on the tube, i'm going back to Morden and there's no overground.
