Spurs (H) Post Match Thread

Another stat SKY don't give is that although Grealish is the most fouled player, he has also committed the most , yet has yet to serve a ban.

Agents paying for protection of certain players?

Its is no accident or coincidence that certain players can go through their careers with little or no sanction for their constant foul play.

Pogba, VVD....i could go on and on but you will rarely if ever see these players booked or sent off whilst the mere mortals in the game face suspension.

PGMOL as an organisation are secretive and imo, not answerable to anyone within the game and that simply can not be right or allowed to continue.

Q

The Sanchez face plant is just legendary.

Best thing about is that fucking Geordie lump on youtube tried to say it was a hoof from Eddie as if he isn’t known for his immense distribution. That is a precise ball taking out all of the spurs team ffs, unreal
The commentator mentioned how it was like a Kevin DeBruyne pass. It reminded me of the game against Southampton when Gabriel Jesus scored in the last moment for 100 points.

Said the same week after the liverpool game PGMOL/ refs have to much power and dont answer to anyone. They dont have to explain how they use VAR, they dont have to explain how they have come to that decision.
It's all done in a little shed somewhere, still havent seen any pictures of Stones being off side against liverpool yet. I seriously believe VAR isnt set up at Anfield, I have seen no prove it is used there not even sure if last season we had lines drawn on Salah goal , which they gave after about 5 seconds of looking. Don't remember seeing lines last season but I might be wrong

I think it's telling that the manager who is complaining about 'modern penalties' is the same manager who, in Rashford's own words, 'taught me to be more savvy.'

You can't have it both ways you duplicitous ****.
Same manager is still getting his cunts at spurs to dive for pens, 3 times at least yesterday

Seen a few blues saying Harry Kane was brilliant today

Didn’t really see that myself. Looked like the best of a poor bunch and the only one that looked like he might have created something
I was impressed by his work ethiceven in the last few minutes he was busting a gut to try and get the ball back.

He would be tremendous in a good team but no chance he gets a move anytime soon, too expensive and injury prone to justify the outlay in these Covid times.

We are simply magnificent, with so many members of the squad in top form.

What stuns me about the assist is not just the vision or the execution of the vision, it’s that Ederson only set himself with a one step run up. Like, how the fuck can he kick the ball further than any other pro I’ve seen, with such a preposterously short ‘run’ up. It’s outstanding, and I suspect I’ll never see such a goalkeeper again in my lifetime.
Even Zack Steffen has said he doesn't know how Eddie does it and he trains with him day in and day out.
