I'm sure Pep has his reasons, but it's baffling that Pep won't give Nunes a run in there. That's his natural position, and we desperately need some legs in there.

I think it probably comes down to winning 50/50s and knowing what to do when we lose the ball. It's one of Nunes' biggest weaknesses. Everybody Pep plays there tends to be hard to dispossess and if they lose the ball they are capable of the dark arts and they'll bring people down - even the smaller players like Bernardo know when to dig into somebody and take a yellow if needed to stop a counter. Nunes doesn't quite seem to have that skill set.

Exactly. Could they not just show it and shut up?? They do at fucking Anfield.

Contrary to most I like that lineup. Lots of control and discipline in midfield which is vital. If we don't give the ball away in silly areas and over commit we can't be countered as easily.

That Spurs defence can be got at.

The lads will be bang up for this and the bench is strong too.
