Spurs have the money to buy Aguero, Not Adebayor !

I don`t understand why Tottenham did not buy Adebayor ?
Is it because they do not have money ? Or the loan deal is better for them because of the " returning policy" which means they can use him for one year and then decide if he worth the asking price ( +10 Milllions) !

Last January they had a bid close to 40 Million Pound for Aguero and it was rejected by Atletico ! and now they pretend to not have +10 to buy Adebayor ?

Spurs have a wages limit of 60k a week so the likes of adebayour will not take a pay cut they get round it by paying us a couple of mill fee and paying 60k towards his wages.
There wage limits are why they cant get the big players no matter what they bid
