Great win and great performance

If we play with 3 centerbacks + fullbacks, even more of our attacking players are sitting on bench. There is no way we buy another one lol?

So whats our starting 11 ignoring the fancy ''rotation'' word?

---------------Ederson-------------------
Stones----Kompany-----Otamendi---
---Walker---------------------------Mendy-----
-------Fernandinho-------------
--------Ginger--------21Silva
----Jesus---------Kun-------

Thats Sterling, Sane, Bernardo, Gundogan, Yaya, Nasri (if some people get their wish), there is no way Diaz or Fodden will get a single minute, shame.

How could you not be happy with that?
No Mendy or Bernardo yet either....
Need a comeback of the year with Vinny and we are on our way

It didn't bother me TBH, we've been here before where we've smashed teams in pre-season and started the season all over the place, but this seems different.

The frightening thing is that there is absolutely loads we can improve on. I reckon once the real business starts Jesus & Aguero will find their shooting boots and in central defence, we still look a slightly shaky, but we've only been back 2 1/2 weeks so all said and done we've got time to fine tune ourselves ready for the first few weeks of the season.

Spurs looked well off the pace in the first half, & whilst they're not my favourites, I have no hatred space left because ManUre have taken it all up! I had to sit here this afternoon being told by a Rag that they're on for the quadruple because they beat us & Real pre-season, & defeat against Barca was just a hiccup because they were tired from a pre-season of 'pasting everybody'!

I can't even begin to explain how deeply I fuckin hat the bastards!
On penalties, wasn't it? Hardly a pasting ffs !

The recovery save our other keeper made when the Spurs player flicked the ball over his head was very special. The speed our keeper showed to get up & spring ahead of the Spurs player who had the revs on him & knock the ball away was something else.
Correct.its a long time since ive seen a City keeper be so determined to keep the ball out of the net.
Impressive.
