For next week and on?

Looking at today's lineup:

Out: Milner
In: Aguero

Out: Balotelli
In: Tevez

That'd be much better.
If we'd get someone like Sneijder (which is City's biggest need now, as our midfield is as creative as a blind man with a drawing board): Out: Dzeko, In: Sneijder.

Yaya to me was also shockingly bad today, and noone should have cemented spot in starting 11 IMO.

i agree the entire team was shocking, maybe Kolorov and Dezko can keep some pride but the rest were pathetic.

We got overun in midfield. couldn pass, misplaces every second pass.

god i hope they are all ashamed of themselves.

it was a really bad performance.
we seemed to give the ball away atevery opportunity.
could string more than 5 or 6 passes together.
collectively its the worst iv seen us play for a while.
even dejong had a stinker imo.
thought richards did well. thats about it.
worringly bad performance.
but at the end of the day it is still a pre season game, and we will improve.
next week for me, balotelli and milner out, for hopefully nasri and aguero.
yaya looks unfit to me, was puffing out of his arse most of the game.

the reason why i think we struggled to hold onto the ball was due to our lack of width. no real outlets and we were very very predictable.

not a good performance , things need to , and will improve.

cant wait for next monday

We should have Nasri by next week but will he be thrown straight in? There is too much reliance on Silva for creativity, it is ridiculous. Playing that extra one creative attacking midfield when we have him should transform the feel of the team.

Richards--Komps--Lescott--Clichy
-----Sneijder-----DJ-------
Nasri-------Silva-------Aguero
------------Dzeko-----------------

Next week will be interesting. I reckon and hope the signings will be done before the Swansea game and hopefully some quality players to strenghten our depth in the squad aswell as starting 11.

We could play the same starting eleven as today and hit Swansea for 6 if we wanted , today was an off day , I haven't seen us play that bad for a while .
The only difference to the starting eleven would be to bring in AJ for Milner and push Silva into the middle . Silva out wide is not as effective as Silva in the middle , get him central and get him playing it into Dzeko.Mancini will decide the team and whatever he picks it will no doubt be strong and capable of beating anyone and everyone , especially Swansea .

You know mate - I'm slowly starting to lose patience with AJ...just not giving ANYTHING for the time he gets on the field...I'm starting to worry about him. Right now he just doesn't look like starting 11 player...but then maybe it's just me. I have more confidence in SWP.
