steam room and sunbed

what should be done first ? steam room then get dry and use the sun bed or the sun bed then have a steam room.

Well I wouldnt recommend a sunbed anyway but if you wanna use one then i'd recommend the use of a steam room first as it opens up tour skin pores, this may aide the sunbed rays in tanning the skin.
