In the whole season he only scored 13 goals and that's in a club where he is a star. Aguero scored more even though he was injured and Dzeko scored more even though he played much less. Basically, both of them can score double the amount of goals Jovetic can and in half the time. Jovetic has creativity to create and he can finish, but don't expect a ton of goals. Especially if he's not playing as the main striker.

Have we got agreement with Fiorentina on the fee?

Have we got copper bottomed sources, backing up any reported agreements?

What reported sum(s) are quoted re the transfer fee?

I'd be grateful for clarification on this as I see this signing as highly significant in terms of our attacking situation being strengthened by this signature. As much as I think Samir is a very good player, this guy, on his day, has that special something.

One of the main beneficiaries would be Sergio.

hes agreed to join united, i said it months ago that he would be going to the rags, we should of gone for him,especially missing out on isco, great signing for them anyway!

IMO another creative midfield player is exactly what we need, Silva looked worn out last season and also picked up injuries and we had no cover, so this player would be absolutely ideal. Again IMO Silva has had a long bloody close season playing for Spain, I would hope that we can give him a bit longer by resting him for the first couple of weeks of the season making sure he is absolutely fighting fit when he returns, it seems to me last season he was almost being forced to play when not 100% fit.

He will have far far better players around him at City
