Not everyone in Europe plays lovely super fairy football. There are lots of teams bigger, stronger and harder than stoke who (amazingly) play worse football. Stoke aren't as one dimensional as people think but I don't see them getting to the final.

They might end up playing a Scottish team..in that case they will have to adopt quickly
Stoke do actually play some football, they mix it in with the roughhouse stuff but the longer they spend in the PL they are slowly improving each season and given their resources they are doing bloody well. I look forward to watching them in Europe.

I think Stoke will be one of the teams, like us this season, who, now they're in, won't be thinking of how they can get out of it. I hope they do well. They'll be an English team that I'll get behind when they play in Europe.
