i'd also be tempted to start Edin.

rags holding out that this will be a very hard game, whilst i agree it will be tough especially with our recent away form.

stoke this season are not the same propostion they came to our ground and it was like like the proverbial play ground bully left for high school and got bullied when he got there, so what im saying is united and other teams struggle because stoke are physical, but we're more physical than stoke if we have to be.

For the first time, I expect Silva to start on the bench. It shocks me to even think it :(

But at Stoke we have to go with who is hot.

And right now:
Considering we are playing in 3 days and assuming Kompany is back

Hart, Zaba Micah, Komps Kolarov, Barry, Pizzaro, Yaya, Nasri, Dzeko, Aguero. I'd go with this lineup.

I would bench Silva until the game against Arsenal, drastic I know but he needs a rest as the Premier League has finally caught up on him.

I'd play 1 of Dzeko or Balotelli as they pose an aerial threat and that could be useful in a match like this. Pizarro could also be very useful in this one.

There is no match in which Johnson is required. He doesn't cross, so it is pointless. Kolarov and Zaba can provide width. And if Komps is good to go, the Micah will do. Or rest Micah and Give Zab a 2nd game.

There's good arguments for Nasri (form) and Dzeko (height) to play but that team will see us through. Of that, I have no doubt.

Best on form 11 available, and on tonight's showing that would not include David Silva.

Hopefully one of Lescott or Kompany will be fit.

Barry instead of De Jong.

Three strikers, Aguero, Dzeko, and Balo.

Johnson should consider himself lucky to get a place on the bench imho.

What's the infatuation with Milner? He was not on form in his last game. So why not play the last 11 on form. Pizzaro or Barry in Yaya's place, Yaya to Nasri's spot and Nasri to Milner's.
